Four (4) individual 1-hour bi-weekly coaching sessions.

​

• Session 1: Vision Casting. Clarify long-term career aspirations and define a motivating professional vision aligned with public service values.

​

• Session 2: Strengths and Constraints. Identify key strengths and limiting factors to develop greater self-awareness and informed decision-making.

​

• Session 3: New Opportunities Exploration. Uncover potential career pathways and growth areas within or beyond the federal system.

 

• Session 4: One-Year Personalized Strategic Plan. Develop a realistic, actionable roadmap tailored to individual goals, milestones, and agency context.

​

Resume/Bio Review and First-Draft Edits. Receive a comprehensive review and professional first-draft edits of both your resume and bio, with feedback aligned to federal hiring standards and your career objectives. This process will occur between coaching sessions.

​

Interview Preparation or Personal Branding Session. A one-hour interview prep or personal branding session to be scheduled by the client within 12 months of the coaching start date.

​

DiSC and Motivators Assessment. The DiSC and Motivators assessments provide insights into your communication style, behavioral tendencies, and core drivers, helping you better understand how and why you work the way you do.

​

Monthly "Quick Huddle" Check-in. Monthly 15-minute telephone or Zoom call to discuss current challenges and assess goal status over 12-month period.
