Kai is a dynamic speaker, instructor, and coach who possesses a unique blend of military, law enforcement, small business, and non-profit experience. He is a leader who is passionate about helping others find their own purpose in life.

After nearly a decade of service in the U.S. Marine Corps, Kai joined the U.S. Secret Service as a Special Agent, successfully passing a rigorous selection process to become a member of the elite Counter Assault Team. He eventually promoted into the top 0.3% of all federal employees as a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES). Kai's executive assignments included serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the world's largest law enforcement training academy. As a COO, Kai led a team of executives overseeing a workforce of 2,600 employees and contractors, a $400M annual budget, and delivery of specialized training around the world.

Kai and his wife, Sheri, have been married for 23 years and have two children. In 2020, they started one of the first Electro Muscular Stimulation (EMS) fitness studios in the United States. The business maintained sustainable revenue growth after becoming profitable within a month of opening. In 2023, Kai and Sheri sold the EMS studio for a profit.

Kai is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, and doing just about anything outdoors. He is also a lifelong learner of leadership and organizational performance concepts.
